Our Promoter Cum Managing Director Mr.S.Murugan formed Excelltech Wind India in 2001, Excell Engineering services in 2005 with an ambition to be one of the leading EPC in the field of Electrical Turnkey Project.
In 2016 we embarked into Operation & Maintenance Services in view of providing one to one window solution to Renewable assets across India.
In 2019 Our Director joined hands with the promoter to explore his rich experience and to hive off the Business exclusively for executing EHV works in the name of Excell Power Projects Pvt Ltd.,
Since evaluation of Renewable sector in the year 2005 , we are associated with the sector and have very rich experience of more than 2 decades in Wind and Solar Energy Projects. We undertake all the Electrical works for setting up Wind Farm & Solar Power Plants from Concept to Commissioning and built an inhouse capabilities based on past experience to take up AMC contracts in this sector. We have inhouse experienced team, capable of identifying sites by analysing Potential and accessing adequate evacuation facility for uninterrupted Power Supply. With a proven track record in businesses towards full potential, as a Managing Director, Mr.S.Murugan has established and managed numerous successful ventures especially in Wind Sector.
Today, Excell Group provides reliable solutions and technical services that help our clients confirm the safety, integrity, quality and environmental efficiency of their critical assets and operations and maintenance on AMC basis and timely completion of the projects. Management Team
Promoter Cum Managing Director – Excell Group
Mr.S. Murugan is Dynamic Engineer and has 25 years of experience in the Construction of Wind Farm Electrification works for Power Evacuation Projects and Industrial Electrification. He started his career as a Sub Contractor for Industrial Electrification & Telecom projects. He had executed enormous volume of works for BSNL, Industrial Electrification and Wind Farm Projects. He has commissioned more than 2000 WTGs and 1500kMts of OH Lines.
He is Qualified Electrical Engineer.
Promoter Cum Director – Excell Power Projects
He has total 27 Years of experience, in Thermal Power (22 Years) and Wind Power (5 Years). He was associated with Thermal Power station & Wind Power with Corporate companies as Head – Projects. He Successfully executed many Thermal Power Projects in the Private companies like Cethar Vessels, J K Industries , Ballarpur Industries, Chettinad Cements, Empee Groups, Lucas TVS & India Pistons Ltd (Amalgamations Group). He successfully executed 700 MWs of Wind Power Projects across Indian Wind states worked as Head / Projects in ReGen Power Projects, Chennai. In ReGen Power he successfully commissioned the EHV PSS projects like 110/ 33 KV PSS at Kamtchipuram, Theni District , Tamil Nadu for 100 MW Wind Power Project, 230/33 KV – PSS at Paruthiyur , Tamil Nadu with 56 KM 230 Line work and 220/33 KV PSS at Karadikonda , Kurnool , Andhra Pradesh with 29 KM of 220 KV line work.
He is a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.

D. Rajkumar is having around 20 years of experience in team building and managing the project teams and ensure quality control throughout project life cycles. This includes planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Experienced with all stages of the management for wind and solar projects. Strong background in project management and customer relations.
Director Liasioning - Excell Group
R. Dhanasekaran is having more than 25 years of experience in Liasioning with State EBs, State and Central Electrical Inspectorate and other related Government officials to get required approvals of drawings, clearances and co-ordination with relevant officials to get the projects commissioned for all of our clients.
He is a Graduate Engineer in Electrical.
Managing Partner – Renergy Ventures
S.Manikrishnan is having more than 15 years of experience in in renewable energy projects, this includes operation and maintenance, project co-ordination, material management, asset management, procurement, liasioning, critical management and manpower management at site.
He is Graduate in Electrical Engineer and Postgraduate in Project Management.

L.Sathishkumar is having more than 15 years of experience as Site Lead, Technical support, Product Development, Planning, Service Management, operation and maintenance, cost optimization project in power sector.
